As your acne coach, I want to get you clear skin just as much as you'd like to get clear. We are a team. I can't help you get your acne under control without your full participation and following the policies and procedures at the clinic. Please read through these policies to make sure they align with your boundaries and values. We are truly partners in your clear skin journey and I want to provide you with the best customer service known to clear-skin-kind.
Here's how to get the most out of your clear skin journey:
Did you know I have a virtual receptionist? Her name is Vagaro. LOL, I have an online booking system in place because I am a one-woman show, and I need help keeping up with my amazing clients. Online booking allows you 24/7 booking access. When my clients schedule their appointments online, I get to spend more one-on-one in the treatment room.
Think of my online booking as my virtual receptionist. You can schedule, reschedule, and cancel all through the booking app. Once you start to use Vagaro, you will LOVE it! If you're outside the studio, you will be doing all of your scheduling and rescheduling through online booking.
I totally understand that driving across town, you're bound to hit a red light or two or three. I will do my best to fit in your entire appointment as long as it doesn't cause me to run late for the next client.
Please plan to arrive only 5 minutes early. I want you to relax and not feel stressed or rushed. However, if we shorten the appointment, you will be charged the total amount for the service booked.
I do not provide a waiting area, so I ask that you arrive only 5 minutes early.
I ask for your cooperation and respect in honoring the studio's 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. This allows time for Nirvana by Autumn to fill the spot you reserved.
For anything under 24 hours, I will try my best to fill the space with a client on the waitlist. Unfortunately, if I cannot fill your appointment spot, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.
Arriving at your Appointment
I know how easy it is to just come back to the studio when you arrive, especially if you're running a little late. However, I ask that you remain in your car at every appointment and check-in when you arrive. Waiting in your car and checking-in keeps the clinic flowing perfectly.
So that I can better serve you, I do all commuting outside of the clinic by email. I do not check DMs regularly. I do offer unlimited email communication when you are a member of the acne program during my business hours.
Children who are not receiving services are not permitted in the clinic. Parents are required to come to a teen's first appointment. All other guests are not permitted into the clinic.
These services are final sales. There are no refunds on treatments, packages, products, consultations, or booking deposits. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please do so using the booking app, Vagaro.
